I began my fitness journey about 23 years ago when a beloved family member had a devastating stroke. At that time, I was a busy mother to 5 young children, and it brought out the realization that my own health and wellness needed to be a priority in my life. My Goal is to have the most positive impact on the lives of the ladies that I work with using my knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to help motivate and support them so they can become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. My motto is: “We are only limited by the limitations we put on OURSELVES”

What is your fitness/wellness philosophy?
Fitness is first and foremost for YOU and how you feel. Getting and keeping yourself healthy and fit is important, but learning how to make healthy choices and wanting to do so is how to keep a healthy lifestyle! Feeling good about yourself is vital. My goal is to help everyone figure out what they think is the best version of themselves and then helping you reach those goals. We’re all a work in progress, it is all about progress not perfection though!
What is your favorite workout jam?
Victoria’s Secret by Jax.
What is your favorite pick me up recipe/meal?
Chocolate hummus with strawberries or pretzels if I am wanting something sweet.
Sliced avocado sprinkled with Everything but the Bagel seasoning if I am wanting something savory.

I have always had a passion for being active, helping others & wanting to see everyone succeed in being their personal best. I feel both proud & blessed to be able to be a part of helping clients on that journey. As the daughter of two Marines, I was taught early on about mind/body connection, overcoming challenges life hands us & the importance of being happy. As a mother & grandmother, I’ve learned the importance of preserving the best quality of life we can. I hope to bring that to each client & more as they experience a better quality of life through healthier living & exercise while having as much fun as possible doing it.

Fitness has always been apart of my life. As a young girl I started with ballet and tap then quickly transitioned into basketball. Whether I was performing a plié or shooting a basket, I was always moving. When I got to high school I began track and field and continued in college. I was working out to the point that it became apart of my everyday life. In 2022, I received my degree in Exercise and Health Science with a concentration in Health Promotion. I even decided to share my love and passion for fitness by becoming a fitness influencer on social media. Not only sharing my knowledge to the ones around me but across state lines. I also have specialty fitness zoom classes that I teach to friends and my influencer family. I am always willing to learn and try a new workout as it only advances my knowledge! Being fit and active allows me to feel strong and confident — and I can’t wait to share that feeling with all of you!
